Terms for using TrackTimer, its workspaces, API, and agent integrations.

Last updated: September 20, 2026.

The service and these terms

These terms govern your use of TrackTimer, operated by Dawn Patrol, LLC. By using TrackTimer, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization. You must be an adult legally able to enter into this agreement. Questions: hi@tracktimer.app.

TrackTimer provides time tracking, workspace reporting, APIs, and integrations. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in methods, recovery codes, API keys, and integration credentials. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace owners and administrators control membership, assignments, and permitted access; use workspaces only with the necessary authorization.

Your records

You retain your rights in the information you submit. You grant Dawn Patrol, LLC permission to host, process, and transmit that information as needed to provide the service, carry out your requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Only submit information you are authorized to use and share.

You are responsible for the accuracy of time records, rates, project assignments, corrections, and invoices. Review results before using them for payroll, billing, tax, employment, or other consequential decisions. Earned-pay summaries are calculations from recorded time and rates, not confirmation of payment. TrackTimer does not provide accounting, legal, tax, or employment advice.

Agents and integrations

You choose which agents and services to connect and which supported permissions to grant. An authorized agent can retrieve data or change records within those permissions. Review the consent screen and your agent's own terms. Starting a timer stops any timer you already have running, including in another workspace. Corrections preserve an audit trail.

Installing a plugin or skill does not itself authorize ongoing automatic tracking. Agent-generated interpretations can be wrong; inspect confirmed tool results. You can revoke connections, but revocation does not undo completed actions or delete data already sent to another service. Third-party services are provided under their own terms and may change or become unavailable.

Acceptable use

Do not use TrackTimer unlawfully, access another person's information without permission, evade access controls or limits, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, or create deceptive records. Do not submit credentials or other sensitive information that the service does not need. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, or legal obligations.

Availability and pricing

Features and availability can change. TrackTimer is free to use today; that is not a promise of permanent free access. Any future paid offering will disclose pricing and applicable terms before you agree to pay. Connecting a third-party service may involve that provider's charges.

We work to keep the service useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep copies of records you need independently of the service.

Ending use and data requests

You may stop using TrackTimer and revoke integrations at any time. Contact hi@tracktimer.app for account closure, export, or deletion requests. Workspace records may be controlled by your organization and retained as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for a material violation or when necessary to protect the service; where practical and lawful, we will provide notice.

Responsibility and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties, and Dawn Patrol, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory protections under the laws applicable to you continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes, update the date above, and provide additional notice where required. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the service. Contact hi@tracktimer.app about questions or disputes so we can try to resolve them.
