Meet Michael Pfister
I’m Michael Pfister, founder of Dawn Patrol and TrackTimer. I use TrackTimer to run the day-to-day operations of my own agency, from tracking client work to understanding where our time goes and keeping projects profitable.
On this blog, I share what I’m learning about running an agency: managing client work, making sense of billable hours, and building a sustainable business. TrackTimer is part of that experience, and I’m building it around the work we do every day at Dawn Patrol.
